New Date

We are to report to TCH on the 28th of December. Stockton's surgery is scheduled for the 29th with hopes that all of his blood work comes back normal.

Wow, so it's been so long since I've looked at blogs that I didn't even know you guys had another baby!! Congrats! And my thoughts and prayers are with you guys!!

Baby Boy Watson

We set up this blog to update all of you about the health of our baby boy. This blog will remain public until we find the need to change it. I hope this blog helps us connect with other HLHS families or bring some positivity to a diagnosis they know nothing about.

Quick Catch Up: Our baby boy was diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome at 19 weeks gestation. This basically means he will be born with half a heart. Our baby will undergo major cardiac surgery within the first week of his life. This will be followed by 2 more major surgeries shortly after. We would appreciate positive thoughts and prayers during this time.

NORWOOD SURGERY (1st open heart): August 3, 2011 @ 4 days old
THE GLENN (2nd open heart): December 29, 2011 @ 1 day shy of 5 months

THE FONTAN (3rd open heart): August 7, 2015 @ 4 years and 8 days
